Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
- Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have experience and exposure towards IT staffing business and solutions. Majorly, staffing domain.
- Should have strong experience in business development – adding new logos/Accounts.
- Should have strong experience in client acquisition.
- Should be strong in account management.
- Should have exposure for Saudi visa rules and regulations.
- Should have experience in recruitment.
