Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have experience and exposure towards IT staffing business and solutions. Majorly, staffing domain.
  • Should have strong experience in business development – adding new logos/Accounts.
  • Should have strong experience in client acquisition.
  • Should be strong in account management.
  • Should have exposure for Saudi visa rules and regulations.
  • Should have experience in recruitment.
